However, when we ate about to legalized it to MOFA HCMC, they said that Mr. Olaguera is only VICE CONSUL not CONSUL. Dear Sir/Madam, Good day to you! I would like to asistance from your office in regards to my concern which is my DN visa was Expired last May 14,2021. I asked my agent to processed that for me lasy May 11 but couldn't get any. So i went there to your office last May 20 to ask a letter for immigration to extend my visa in which they told me to go first at immigration office to ask if I'm Automatic or NOT which I presumed that I'm under automatic because I arrived Vietnam last March 14,2020 last year thus I shouldn"t have penalty/fines when processing my visa, right?
